Tral is a town and a notified area committee in Pulwama district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Geography

Tral is located at coord|33.93|N|75.1|E| [ [http://www.fallingrain.com/world/IN/12/Tral.html Falling Rain Genomics, Inc - Tral] ] . It has an average elevation of 1662 metres (5452 feet).

Tral is a township which is 10 km away from National Highway(NH-1A).It is surrounded by mountains and lies in the lap of nature. Tral is known for Natural Springs, both hot and cold. It is amazing that some springs remain hot in winter and cold in summer. It has certain adjacent ares called by the name zuwastan, narastan, laam, naagberan, they are the most beautiful villages in pulwama district. (Source:waseem fauji)
