RFA Wave Chief (A265)

RFA "Wave Chief" (A265) was a fleet support tanker of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary built at Govan by Harland & Wolff. She saw service during the Korean War and was involved in 2 of the Cod Wars with Iceland. She was extensively modifiedv in the early 1960's and escorted Sir Alec Rose around Cape Horn in his yacht in April 1968.
