Demographics

As of 2001 India census [GR|India] , Sultan Pur had a population of 11,336. Males constitute 57% of the population and females 43%. Sultan Pur has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 61%.
