municipal board inKheri district in theIndia n state ofUttar Pradesh .Dudhwa National Park, home to Rhinos, Tigers, countless animal species, birds, insects, reptiles etc is adjacent to the town. The main occupation is farming (cane etc) and a huge sugarmill dominates the industrial landscape. The river Sharda flows close to the town.
Pallia is situatedm close to the Nepalese border town of Dhangarhi.
It is about 12 hours from Delhi by road and roughly the same by train.It is a quick growing town of prosperous and rich farmers (mainly sardars) Also Paul Getty Award winner Billy Arjun Singh resides here.
