Hydron is an action figure from the Mattel He-Man toy line and a character from the 1990 animated series "The New Adventures of He-Man".

The Original Hydron

Courageous Leader of the Galactic Guardians from the planet Primus who swings his arms into the battle against evil. He leaves the Tri-Solar System with Lieutenant Flipshot and travels back in time to search the universe for He-Man.

Mission: To bring He-Man back to the future and lead Lieutenant Flipshot and the Galactic Guardians into battle against Skeletor and the alien goons from planet Denebria.

Battle Equipment: Helmet, Back Pack, Triton Spear Gun.

The Courageous Commander of the Galactic Guardians, with a spin of his wrist, Hydron fights the battle against evil. He sometimes travels back in time with Lieutenant Flipshot to search the universe for He-Man.

Mission: To use his rotating wrist to create a whirlpool for capturing mutant invaders on the Primian sea.

Battle Equipment: Triton spear gun & helmet.

Minicomics

Hydron first appears in the minicomic The New Adventure, where he and Flipshot go to Eternia searching for He-Man, but Skeletor tricks them into thinking he is He-Man, and makes them siphon the power of Castle Grayskull into their ship, but Prince Adam arrives into the ship, becomes He-Man and reveals the truth to the Galactic Guardians.
