Akasaka, Okayama

was a town located in Akaiwa District, Okayama, Japan. On March 7, 2005, Akasaka merged with the towns of Yoshii, San'yō, and Kumayama to form the new city of Akaiwa.

Akasaka is home to many restaurants and small shops. It is also home to the local shinto Hie (Sanno) Shrine.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 5,136 and a density of 119.47 persons per km². The total area was 42.99 km².
