The Hong Kong Children's Choir

The Hong Kong Children's Choir (HKCC) (chn.香港兒童合唱團)was founded in 1969, as a private non-profit making charitable organisation. It is one of the best children's choir in Hong Kong. Fonunded by 39 members only, it is now the largest children's choir organisation in the world with over 5000 members namely Children aged 4-17. Dancing, Drawing, instrumental and Putonghua trainings are provided in addition to choral training. Each year, the Chamber choir of the HKCC is invited to give overseas performances, with the obligation of spreading the message of love and peace. The Choir has been well received and applauded in over 57 cities, gaining an international reputation as "one of the best children's choirs in the world" and "the Little Goodwill Singing Ambassadors from Hong Kong". In 2003, HKCC was awarded the "China's Top Ten Children Chorus".
