Bu Dugen was the territorial chief of the Xianbei tribe during the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Bu Dugen at one time retained his fallen independence by sending many gifts to the Kingdom of Wei during the reigns of Cao Cao, and his son Cao Pi. Following the reign of Cao Rui, Bu Dugen allied with his previous enemy Ke Bineng to start a revolt against Wei. The revolt was soon on suppressed and Bu Dugen followed in being slain by his old enemy, Ke Bineng.
