It is located just north of North Adelaide, and is bounded by Robe Terrace to the South, Northcote Terrace to the East, Nottage Terrace to the North and Main North Road to the Northwest. It is also host to one of the most expensive homes in Adelaide "Denham Manor" an 11 bedroom, 9 bathroom mansion in the centre of Medindie.[citation needed]
Medindie's average property value was $1,657,000 in 2010,[3] making it the second most expensive suburb in South Australia after College Park.
The population of Medindie at the 2001 census was 1,081.[2]
