Joe Sebok (born March 25, 1977) is a professional poker player from San Francisco, California. His stepfather, Barry Greenstein, is also a professional poker player. He is known as "The Cub" because he calls Greenstein "Bear." Beginning professional play in 2005, as of 2008 his total live tournament winnings exceed $1,600,000. Sebok is also the co-founder of PokerRoad.com. PokerRoad is a GreenBok Production, and is a joint venture between Sebok and Greenstein. PokerRoad is a poker multi-media outlet that supplies Poker Radio, Poker TV, Poker in Print, among others. PokerRoad is known for giving players a look at a comedic and politically incorrect view of the poker world. Also, PokerRoad is unique in granting stock options to all of its employees and contractors.

Sebok serves not only as the active President, but also as the co-host of PokerRoad Radio with friend Gavin Smith and Ali Nejad. Sebok is the former host on Pokerwire Radio, with Gavin Smith and Joe Stapleton. Sebok was previously a host for "The Circuit", a podcast produced by Card Player.

Gavin Smith is one of his best friends. They are constantly involved in prop bets with each other. One of the more notable ones was who would win the most Card Player Player of the Year points during hold'em events at the 2006 World Series of Poker. The loser had to wear a different costume on each day of the Main Event. Neither made a final table, but Smith accumulated more points for the victory. Although he was eliminated on the first day, Sebok was required to show up for each of the other Day One sessions in costumes chosen by Smith. In addition to the bear costume, he also appeared as Spider-Man and Wonder Woman. This bet helped lead to an Internet-tv show called "Prop Bets" on the site RawVegas.tv where Joe and Gavin compete in events such as competitive eating, billiards, and other things. Other people he considers best friends are Tuan Le, Nam Le, Jeff Madsen, Mimi Tran, radio host Scott Huff and radio host Joe Stapleton.

Sebok is a fan of rock and roll and was a founding drummer of the San Francisco instrumental trio, Parker Street Cinema.

Sebok is featured on the December 2007 cover of Bluff Magazine.
