Charles Stephen Gore

Charles Stephen Gore: Sir Charles Stephen Gore KH GCB (26 December 1793 – 4 September 1869) was a British general.

He served in Canada and fought in the Battle of Saint-Denis.

The community of Gore, Nova Scotia is named after him when he served in Nova Scotia.
