Why The Ferris Wheel Remains Popular
Amorous couples on a date treasure the 20 minutes of kissing time a circuit takes. Couples can get a photo souvenir of their ride for ¥ 1000. The Gondolas are all air conditioned with access for wheelchair bound patrons.:"...The new wheels also spin more slowly, allowing passengers to board without the wheel’s being stopped. The 394-foot Sky Dream Fukuoka in Japan even advertises this lazy pace as a selling point — it helps ensure “maximum kissing time.” ..."
