Tully Frederick Hartsel (June 26, 1874 - October 14, 1944) was a Major League Baseball outfielder, born in Polk, Ohio, who played for the Louisville Colonels (1898-99), Cincinnati Reds (1900), Chicago Orphans (1901), Philadelphia Athletics (1902-11).He died in Toledo, Ohio on October 14, 1944.
