Alphons Czibulka, or Czibulka Alfonz (
May 14 ,1842 ,Szepesváralja /Spišské Podhradie -October 27 ,1894 ,Vienna ) was a Hungariancomposer ,pianist , and conductor.His "Wintermärchen" is the drooping, sentimental violin piece that has been frequently used to indicate mock tragedy in film and cartoon soundtracks.
