Bagru is a city and a municipality in Jaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.

Geography

Demographics

At the end of 2006 India census, [GR|India] Bagru had a population of 1,28,498. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Bagru has an average literacy rate of 52%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 66% of the males and 34% of females literate. 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
