Career
Holovko has played for three clubs, SC Tavriya Simferopol , Dynamo Kyiv, Qingdao Beilaite,and (P.R.China) . A top notch central defender, Holovko helped lead Dynamo Kyiv to many victories in the UEFA Champions League, cumulating in a semifinal finish in 1998–1999. He was also a regular member of the Ukraine national football team from 1995 to 2004, having appeared in 58 international matches (among the cap leaders for Ukraine).
Currently is the coach of the Ukrainian Under 16 Youth National Team. This team will competed in September 2008 for qualification to the 2009 UEFA U-17 Championships.
As for playing his career, he stopped his career at the age 38, he does have a son Daniel and a wife now living in Kiev.

Holovko has six cars cars are two Mersedes S550's, one Range Rover, one Land Rover, a Ferrari F430,and a bulletproof Maybach.
Personal Life
Holovko's son Daniel spends time at camp in upstate New York (Soyuzivka)during the summer. Also, his older son Max has become an alcoholic after stealing his fathers money. He was caught a was sued by his own father.
