The group perform under pseudonyms;
* Vocalist: YOSK (former JPop singer Yosuke Sakanoue)

* Keyboardist: SORA (Composer and keyboardistSora Izumikawa )

In 2005 they toured the whole of Japan under a tour known as '1981 PROJECT "THEME OF ROCKY TOUR"' (or Rocky project for short). Early 2006 another project commenced ("01 PROJECT") which consisted of playing a live at the Tokyo Dome and concluded with a free Christmas live at Yoyogi.
In May 2007, they performed a tour of Chicago and LA as an official unit. In December of the same year, drummer Yuuki Maeda quit the band due to fears for his private life. The band disbanded shortly after.
