Judiciary of the United Kingdom

Judiciary of the United Kingdom

In the Courts of the United Kingdom — other than in the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, the Special Immigration Appeals Commission, Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal — there is not a single judiciary of the United Kingdom as there are three separate legal systems in England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
