Integrated Health Services (IHS Pakistan) is an Islamabad based national organization involved in health service delivery and preventive healthcare since 1996 with an ambition to develop state-of-the-art health systems that are efficient, quality oriented, cost effective and self sustainable.
IHS integrates preventive and curative health services in a manner that is beneficial, reliable and affordable for every one. We specially focus on the neglected areas of the healthcare spectrum in Pakistan with emphasis on prevention and early detection of diseases & disabilities.
In the last 12 years IHS has grown from a small establishment into a conglomerate of health services with no parallel in Pakistan having diverse health interests ranging from clinics, hospitals, labs, vaccination centers, corporate & school health services, health infra-structure development, home and emergency medical care, research, clinical trials, health education, occupational health & trainings.
IHS Pakistan has seven divisions. Each division focuses on specific aspects of the health spectrum but also complement each other thus enabling us to provide complete healthcare solutions for every one ranging from a school going child to a corporate executive, expatriates, elderly, families and industrial workers.
IHS has the distinguished honor of being the pioneers in school health, home medical care, corporate health services and occupational health consultancy in Pakistan. IHS is operating:

Recently IHS has been given the opportunity to create awareness about HIV/AIDS in colleges of Pakistan. Its a World Bank funded project. Outsourcing of this project done on merit,in a seminar held in Mumbai on May 15th 2008.
IHS is also implementing a Global Fund (GFATM) project as a sub-recipient of Round-6 by creating awareness about TB (Tuberculosis) through establishing "School TB Clubs" in which school children (ages 10 to 15) mostly in the rural areas in 10 districts of Pakistan are made 'Ambassadors of TB', who then create awareness about the disease in their communities. Mercy Corps Pakistan is the principal recipient of GFATM for this 5 year project which is the first of its kind being implemented in the world.
IHS had made the 'National Clinical Guidelines for Viral Hepatitis Case Management' for the Pakistan's Hepatitis Control Program in 2006. These guidelines were meant to standardize the treatment of viral hepatitis specially Hepatitis B & C which have a prevalence of almost 4 to 8% in Pakistan as per various surveys.
