:"The phrase Year and a Day can also refer to the Year and a Day rule connected with murder."Year and a Day is the fourth section of the 15th track on the album Paul's Boutique by American hip hop group the Beastie Boys, released on July 25, 1989. It was produced and written by the Beastie Boys and the Dust Brothers. The section was engineered by Mario Caldato and Allen Abrahamson.
