Muraliganj block

Muraliganj block is one of the administrative divisions of Madhepura district, Bihar state, India. The block has a population (2001 census) of 141,093. If the population of the township of Muraliganj Nagar Panchayat (22,921) is also included, the population of the place is 164,014. The block headquarters are located at a distance of 18 km from the district headquarters, namely, Madhepura.
