Narmak is a neighbourhood in north-east Tehran, the capital city of Iran.

Narmak is the largest neighborhood in Tehran.[citation needed] It is located in region 4&8 of Tehran. It has 100 little squares named by numbers like "meidan 68" (Persian) and some big squares like HaftHoz and Resalat. Some famous streets like Ayat, Hengam, Farjam, Dardasht, Golbarg, Samangan and Resalat Expressway are located in this neighborhood. Iran University of Science and Technology is also located in Narmak.
