Petter Laukslett Tande (born June 11 1985) is a Norwegian nordic combined skier who has been competing since 2002, representing Byåsen IL. He has two medals in the 4 x 5 km team event at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, with a gold in 2005 and a bronze in 2007.

Tande made his debut in the World Cup in 2002, and achieved his first podium at Oberhof, Germany the following year. He earned his first win in a World Cup competition on December 17 2005 when he won the competition at Ramsau, Austria.

Tande has won twice at the Holmenkollen ski festival (Individual: 2006, sprint: 2008) He finished fourth in the 15 km individual event at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin
