Baron Wardington

Baron Wardington

Baron Wardington, of Alnmouth in the County of Northumberland, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1936 for John William Beaumont Pease, Chairman of Lloyds Bank from 1922 to 1945. As of 2007 the title is held by his younger son, the third Baron, who succeeded his elder brother in 2005.

The family seat is Wardington Manor near Banbury in Oxfordshire.
