He had poor performances as coach, starting with Sarmiento de Junín in 1981. He also coached Racing in 1991, and
Gimnasia y Esgrima de La Plata in 1993. Then he coached a few teams fromSouth America , most importantly Club Olimpia fromParaguay , with whom he obtained the local league.Honours
