"Guy's Big Bite" is a Food Network show starring Guy Fieri, winner of the second season of "The Next Food Network Star". The inaugural six-episode season premiered on June 25, 2006 in the 10:00 am/EST timeslot. Currently "Guy's Big Bite" airs Saturdays at 1:30 pm EST.

Food Network renewed the series after the successful inaugural trial run and the series is now in its third season. Beginning in season two, Guy got a more personalized set including a "guy" fridge with a #5 and racing stripes, a pin ball machine, big screen television, in-house bar, and a bumper-pool table. He now regularly has his friends and "posse" join him during episodes.

Fieri, now host of three shows on the Food Network including "Guy's Big Bite" and "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives", is a resident of Sonoma County, California and a restaurateur with a penchant for fusion cooking and California cuisine. He is the co-owner of: Tex Wasabi's BBQ and Sushi in downtown Santa Rosa, California; Russell Ramsay's Chop House, also in Santa Rosa; and Johnny Garlic's Pasta Grill in Windsor, California. He is currently planning to open a second Johnny Garlic's location in Santa Rosa as well.

Guy's unique signature look includes bowling shirts, lots of "bling," and a wristband worn on his forearm rather than his wrists. Says Guy, cquote|"The wristbands started out as a thing between me and Hunter. I gave Hunter a wristband and he gave me one, and I told him that I’d wear it while doing The Next Food Network Star so he could see it. That’s why I wore it. I gave mine to Santos from the Food Network Kitchens on the night we wrapped. Now it’s turned into a bigger thing. These high school kids at a recent demo I did were all wearing them.
