Hōhoku, Yamaguchi

Hōhoku, Yamaguchi

was a town located in Toyoura District, Yamaguchi, Japan. On February 13, 2005 Hōhoku merged into the city of Shimonoseki.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 12,542 and a density of 74.38 persons per km². The total area is 168.63 km².
