Sylvia June Day is a best-selling American writer. She also writes under the pseudonyms S. J. Day and Livia Dare.

Biography

Day is a former Russian linguist for the U.S. Army Military Intelligence.Fact|date=December 2007 She currently writes romantic fiction novels for Kensington Brava (historical), as well as urban fantasy for Tor-Forge under the pseudonym S.J. Day and fantasy/futuristic romance for Kensington Zebra under the pseudonym Livia Dare. Day has also published fiction works with HarperCollins Avon (paranormal romance), Black Lace (contemporary), Ellora's Cave (contemporary/paranormal/futuristic), and non-fiction for BenBella Books and others.

She is the co-founder of Passionate Ink, Romance Writers of America’s first and only erotic romance special interest chapter.
