"Slice of Heaven" is a single by New Zealand singer/songwriter Dave Dobbyn with the band Herbs, released in 1986 alongside the animated motion picture, "". The single became #1 on the 3 October 1986 and stayed there for 8 weeks. After 25 weeks in the chart, the single became Gold. It also appeared on the 1988 album, "Loyal".

Australians have jokingly referred to this song as the New Zealand National Anthem.Fact|date=May 2008
