Ludlow began her football career early, first playing with a boy's team before moving to a women's team. At the age of 15, Ludlow won her first senior Wales cap. After dropping out of a
scholarship in theUnited States , Ludlow moved toLondon and joined Arsenal LFC. She has stayed with the club ever since, and has become their vice-captain.Honours
