Barrie Michael Lace Stephen, known as Michael Stephen, (born 25 September 1942), was the British Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) for Shoreham from 1992 until 1997, when his seat was abolished by boundary changes. Stephen earned a Master of the Science of Law degree from Stanford University in the United States in 1971.
