Steve Roud

Stephen Roud is the founder of the Roud Folk Song Index. He is an expert on folklore and superstition. He lives in Maresfield, East Sussex. [http://www.penguin.ca/nf/Author/AuthorPage/0,,1000062980,00.html] He is Local Studies Librarian for the London Borough of Croydon. He was formerly Honorary Librarian of the Folklore Society and has recently rejoined its Committee.
