November 24 ,2000 as an affiliate of theUPN network. Following the announcement of the merger between UPN and The WB to form The CW, the station signed an affiliation agreement withNews Corporation 's new upstart network,MyNetworkTV . The station made the switch between affiliations on MyNetworkTV's first day of broadcast, September 5, 2006.The station's tower, which is 1560 feet (475.5 meters) above sea level, is located just south of Montgomery and emits an over-the-air signal of UHF channel 67. The station is also broadcast on area cable systems to over 600,000 homes, from Alexander City to Ozark and from Selma to Auburn. My67 ranks second in total household coverage in the market.
In addition to network programming, WRJM-TV shows traditional syndicated fare, local programming, and sports, including

In February 2008, the station went into receivership after defaulting on a 2.9 million dollar loan to Citizens Bank.

Bankruptcy receiver Walter P. Lunsford filed with the FCC that the station is being offered for sale. He noted that any new owner would be responsible for construction of WRJM's digital facilities, since no construction has taken place due to the station's financial condition.
