Allan Laakkonen

Allan Laakkonen was city councillor for Red River Ward in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada from 2003 to 2006. He was one of the driving forces behind Thunder Bay's bid for the 1995 Nordic World Ski Championships. [Drew, Dick.
