"You're in My Heart (The Final Acclaim)" is the name of a song written and recorded by Rod Stewart for his 1977 album "Foot Loose & Fancy Free". The song proved a popular single, reaching the top ten of many national charts, including #4 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. It is believed to be about his feelings for football (soccer in the U.S.) namechecking his beloved Celtic FC and also his favorite English team Manchester United but is written in such a way that it is easily perceived as a conventional love song.
