The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen (BRS) is a labor union in the United States and Canada.
It was founded in 1901, and has a membership of approximately 9,500.
It represents workers who install and maintain signal systems on rail transport networks.
The BRS is affiliated with the AFL-CIO and the Canadian Labour Congress.
The BRS represents most of the signal employees on both the freight railroads and the passenger and commuter railroads. The Brotherhood's national headquarters is located in Front Royal, Virginia.
W.D. Pickett has served as International President of the Brotherhood since 1992. W.A. Barrows serves as International Secretary-Treasurer. Floyd E. Mason has served as International Vice President since 1991.
The Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen is affiliated with the AFL-CIO and the Transportation Trades Department.
