Bulbs and leaves of crinum are useful in herbal medicines. It is highly useful in the treatment of serious health conditions like prostatitis, adenoma, benign prostate enlargement, uterine fibroids etc. It is used to enhance cell-mediated immunity and acts as an effective T-lymphocyte activator.
