Sheila Chipperfield

Sheila Chipperfield (born 17 June 1975) was, from 1996-1998, the bassist in the London based rock band, Elastica.

She is now a successful DJ playing clubs in London and across Europe. Chipperfield is also involved in the production of the non-profit new music website www.liveroom.tv . This was created in April 2006 by Grammy nominated record producer, Andy Chatterley and multimedia artist Anna Mercedes and is a platform for live new acts to be seen online.

She comes from the Chipperfield's Circus family, a circus dynasty that can be traced back more than 350 years. Daughter of William James Chipperfield, a fairground showman and Sheila Duggan, a circus performer, she has a twin, Sarah, and is the youngest of nine children. Sarah is currently studying psychology and sociology at UEL.
