Elizabeth Winifred Brewster (born
26 August 1922 ) is a Canadian poet and academic.Born in Chipman,
New Brunswick , she received aBachelor of Arts degree from theUniversity of New Brunswick , a Master of Arts degree fromRadcliffe College , a Bachelor of Library Science from theUniversity of Toronto , and aPh.D. fromIndiana University . She was a Professor at theUniversity of Saskatchewan .In 2001, she was made a Member of the
