Kominite

Kominite ( _bg. Комините, meaning ‘The Chimneys’) are several minor andesite peaks in Vitosha Mountain near Sofia, Bulgaria. They are situated in the upper valley of the Dragalevska River near Bay Krastyo tourist site. They are the nearest and most easy accessible climbing area near Sofia with climbing routes of II-VIII UIAA and 50-100 m high. Easily accessible from Dragalevtsi via Bay Krastyo or Goli Vrah chair lift stations.

Komini Peak on Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is named for Kominite.
