FDR Skatepark

FDR Skatepark is a skatepark located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The park is popular with notable local skaters such as Bam Margera, Chuck Treece, and various other local pro skaters. Famous photographer Christopher Weger (known for his controversial homo-erotic series based on American Albino lifestyles) is often there photographing the action and change of the park over the years. The park was built on donated land under an overpass on Interstate 95 with volunteers and monetary donations. FDR played host to the Gravity Games in 2005. Created by skaters, for skaters, it is considered to be an excellent park with endless speed lines, a mini ramp, and a vert ramp.Location: Coord|39.898541|-75.179563
