Ning Sui was a military general of Shu Han during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. He was a subordinate of the general Jiang Wei. When Jiang was trapped by Cao Wei forces during one of the Northern Expeditions, Ning advised Jiang, "Although the Wei army has destroyed the bridge at Yinping, they definitely have less troops in Yong Province. If you can attack Yong Province via a shortcut through Konghan Valley, Zhuge Xu will retreat from Yinping to reinforce Yong Province. You can then lead our army to Jiange and garrison there, so we can retake Hanzhong." Jiang heeded Ning's suggestion.
