Henricus ("Henk") Gregorius Jozeph Kamp (born July 23, 1952 in Hengelo, Overijssel) is a Dutch politician. Currently he is member of the Dutch parliament for the conservative liberal People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD). Previously he was Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in the First Balkenende cabinet and Minister of Defense in the Second Balkenende cabinet and Third Balkenende cabinet.

On July 22, 2002, Kamp became Minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment. He was Minister of Defense from 12 December 2002 till 22 February 2007. Later succeeded by [http://www.defensie.nl/organisatie/minister/cv/index.aspx Eimert van Middelkoop] after early elections where held as a result of parliamentary agreements following the formation of the minority cabinet Balkenende III.

As part of his "farewell tour" as Minister of Defence, Henk Kamp visited the Dutch troops in Afghanistan and paid his respects to president Karzai.
