Grand Street is a station in Manhattan on the IND Sixth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. It was one of two stations added in 1967–68 as part of the IND Chrystie Street Connection (the other being 57th Street–Sixth Avenue).

The station has two tracks and two narrow side platforms. The only mezzanine has two sets of stairs to each platform and three sets of stairs leading to the street. The station originally had two sets of stairs to the east side of Chrystie Street. The third staircase on the west side was added in the late 1990s to help alleviate overcrowding in the station. Artwork installed at the mezzanine and platform levels shows R62 train sets made of red clay.

On the Brooklyn-bound side, there is a small sign "Change Radio Channel to B1", indicating that the train operator must change the channel from B2 (IND) to B1 (BMT), before crossing the the Manhattan Bridge. Southbound trains leaving Grand Street cross over the north side of the bridge and arrive at DeKalb Avenue station or Atlantic Avenue–Pacific Street (via the DeKalb bypass tracks). South of the station, where the tracks curve onto the bridge, are trackways leading from Canal Street station on the Manhattan Bridge branch of the BMT Broadway Line, which originally connected to the north side of the bridge before the current alignment was completed in 1967.

During several periods when the Manhattan Bridge tracks were closed for repairs, this station was served by the Grand Street Shuttle to the Sixth Avenue Line. It is currently served by the NYCS service|B and NYCS service|D trains.

If the Second Avenue Subway is built in Lower Manhattan, the new station would be built below the current one, providing a transfer point.
