Phil Kerslake (born Philip Trevor Kerslake on 24 May 1959) is a Welsh-born New Zealand leadership coach, speaker, author and television presenter who has appeared on the weekday morning series, "Good Morning" as well as in numerous other New Zealand media. Kerslake is also perhaps New Zealand's most well-known and noteworthy cancer survivor.

Kerslake experienced symptoms of a lymphoma as a school boy at age 15, and when he was 19, he was given a terminal prognosis. Prevailing through six cancer battles over the next 26 years provided Kerslake with considerable experience and knowhow on coping with the physical, emotional and psychological challenges of cancer and its treatment regimes.

He shared this learning in his 2006 book "" which has been the country's most popular cancer support book since its release, and has since been contracted for publishing throughout the Continent of Africa and in Poland.

Kerslake is regularly invited to talk to cancer patients, cancer support professionals and medical professionals on the use of psychosocial support measures to help patients cope with their experiences. In Vienna, Austria in June 2007, Kerslake's journey and his work in cancer support was recognised with an international 'Re-Building Lives Award'.

Professionally, Kerslake works as a leadership coach and presenter, helping New Zealand's leaders and developing leaders to create and sustain life and work satisfaction, fulfilment, balance and success from his company Life Paths Ltd.

Kerslake lives in Wellington, New Zealand with his wife Gillian and their son Rhys, born 1 July 2007.
