Freda L. Wolfson

Judge Freda Linsenbaum Wolfson serves as a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to her appointment to the court, she worked at the firms Lowenstein, Sandler, Kohl, Fisher & Boylan and Clapp & Eisenberg.

In 2003, Wolfson ruled in favor of Blair Hornstine in a disability discrimination lawsuit seeking to block her school district from changing their policy on awarding valedictory honors. [cite court
