Baron Hemphill, of Rathkenny and of Cashel in the County of Tipperary, is a title in the
Peerage of the United Kingdom . It was created in 1906 for Charles Hare Hemphill, a lawyer and Liberal politician. As of 2007 the title is held by his great-grandson, the fifth Baron, who succeeded his father in 1957. In 1959 he assumed bydeed poll the additional surname of Martyn, which was the maiden name of his father's mother.Barons Hemphill (1906)
