Microsoft Live Labs Security Token Service is a part of Microsoft's Windows Live range of services. It's an online identity management service provides an Information Card that enables offloading authentication functions, irrespective of the agent signing in is a user logging-in to web sites and services or a site or service owner to authenticate users. It requires an Information Card compliant store and identity selector to use.
