Gaden Relief Projects

Gaden Relief Projects was formerly a part of the [http://www.gadencholing.com/ Gaden Choling Mahayana Buddhist Meditation Centre] , and is now a separate registered charity based in Toronto, Canada. It is non-sectarian and an example of engaged Buddhism, following their founder Zasep Rinpoche in recognising a debt to Buddhist communities by alleviating their material needs. Gaden Relief is also helping Buddhists in India and Mongolia because of what they see as their deep spiritual links to Tibet, as well as providing medicines and funds to Tibetan refugees in exile and to Tibetan monasteries.
