Kevin faces a moral dilemma when two bullies from his school are accused of robbing a local market, then burning it down. In truth, Kevin started the fire in a ham-fisted attempt to hide a pornographic magazine he was using to masturbate. Now Kevin must decide whether to let two innocent students go to jail or admit to being a "pervert." He is pressured by the staff at the school to let the bullies go to jail, as their imprisonment would relieve the school of their troublemaking.
In court, Kevin's threshold for lying breaks and he admits to starting the fire, telling them about the magazine in the process. The courtroom attendants belittle him until Andy gives a moving speech, declaring that society should be ashamed for suppressing people like Kevin until they are afraid to admit their sexual urges. An emotional eruption occurs and everyone leaves the courtroom satisfied, with the exception of the market owner, Mr. Bang.
Meanwhile, Jim returns from Japan sporting the latest in cutting-edge fashion: Day-Glo spicy pants (aka Karii Pantsu).
